HBAT, founded in 1960, and has more than 3,000 members among 14 local associations. Our members includes general contractors, subcontractors, remodelers, architectures, designers, suppliers, insurance companies and anyone else who works with the homebuilding industry.

We are the unified “Voice of the Housing Industry” in Tennessee:

  • We advocate for our members at the state and local levels through communication and education to ensure housing is affordable and not overly burdened by regulations and laws.

  • We provide forums for members to communicate and network with one another to do business and/or learn about best practices in the industry.
